Registration marks of any colour

Application Details

It was required to detect any colour of registration mark on any base colour of packaging. This may also include different shades of the same colour (green mark on green background etc). The customer was using a fibre optic sensor with a red light source which could detect some marks but not others.

A lot of time was spent trying to set the sensor and a lot of product was wasted from miss-registration.
